  • On Oct. 10, 2019, The Walt Disney Company partnered with No Kids Hungry to provide low income children with the dinner of a lifetime.

  • No Kids Hungry contacted 50 Orlando, Florida-based families with young children who rely on food-assistance programs and invited them to the event.

  • The dinner was held inside Walt Disney World’s Cinderella Castle, where a variety of Disney characters were in attendance.

  • The CEO of the Walt Disney Company Bob Iger and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Christine McCarthy were in attendance.

  • During the event, Iger announced Disney’s new partnership with No Kids Hungry, as well as the company’s $1 million donation towards the nonprofit’s cause.

  • Following the event, event goers were given FastPasses+ to enjoy the rest of the evening in Magic Kingdom.
